Privacy

Your data, plainly.

What this site collects, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask of us, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Last updated November 5, 2026.

Who is responsible

Arkaneia Entertainment is the personal information controller for arkaneia.com. We are a BIR-registered entertainment company in the Philippines. For anything on this page, email support@arkaneia.com.

What we collect, and where

This site has no accounts and no database. Personal data reaches us in four ways.

The audition form

When you apply at /auditions/apply/, the form sends us, by email: your name and stage name, your email address and Discord handle, your city and province, your languages, where you heard about us and the campaign tag on the link you arrived from, links to your two clips, your answers about performing, your social handles if you give them, and your answers about your setup. Your date of birth is used once, to check that you are 18 or older: your age reaches us, the date does not. The email also records the internet address your connection came from.

  • Why. To run and score this audition, to contact you about it, and to invite you to callbacks if you are shortlisted. Nothing else.
  • Where, and for how long. In our email inbox, not in a database. We delete it a month after Round 1 closes on December 16, 2026. If you are shortlisted, we ask you before keeping anything longer.
  • Who sees it. The Arkaneia audition panel. It is never sold, and never shared outside the company.

The contact form

The form at /contact/ sends us your name, your email address, what you are planning, and your message, plus the internet address your connection came from. We use it to reply, and we keep the thread in our inbox for as long as the conversation needs.

Measurement with Meta

Every page loads the Meta Pixel. It sets cookies in your browser (one named _fbp, and one named _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad) and tells Meta which page you viewed, your internet address and your browser type. Our own server reports the same page view to Meta as well, with the same details, so the count holds when a browser blocks the pixel; Meta keeps one of the two. When an application is sent, the page and our server both tell Meta that an application was completed, with the same cookie, internet address and browser type, so Meta counts it once. Neither ever receives what you typed into the form.

  • Why. To count how many people reach the audition, and to show the audition again on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited and did not apply. We do not use it to identify you.
  • Meta's side. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can control how Meta uses it in your ad settings.
  • Opting out. A content blocker, or blocking cookies for this site, stops the pixel and its cookies in your browser. Our server's report still carries your internet address and browser type, but no cookie, so it cannot follow you across sites. The site works the same either way.
  • The campaign tag. If you arrived from a campaign link, your browser keeps its tag (fb-singers, for example) in session storage until you close the tab, so the application can say where you came from. It is not sent anywhere else.

Fonts and hosting

Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your internet address when a page loads; see Google's privacy policy. The site is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers keep standard access logs (internet address, pages requested, time) for security. We run no other analytics.

Your rights

Under Republic Act No. 10173 you can ask to see, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, ask for a copy, claim damages for a breach, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email support@arkaneia.com and we will answer as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can raise a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
