Who collects it: Arkaneia, as the personal information controller. Reach us at support@arkaneia.com.
What we collect: What you type into this form, the clips you link, the email and Discord handle you give us, where you heard about us, and the campaign tag on the link you arrived from. Your date of birth is used once, to check that you are 18 or older: your age reaches us, the date does not. The email that carries your application to us also records the internet address your connection came from.
Why we collect it: To run and score this audition, to contact you about it, and to invite you to callbacks if you are shortlisted. Nothing else.
Where it lives, and for how long: In our email inbox, not in a database. We delete it a month after Round 1 closes. If you are shortlisted, we ask you before keeping anything longer.
Who sees it: The Arkaneia audition panel. It is never sold, and never shared outside the company.
Measurement: This site loads the Meta Pixel, which sets a cookie so we can count who reaches the form and show the audition again to people who visited and did not apply, and our server reports the same page views to Meta so the count holds when a browser blocks the pixel. When you send the form, the page and our server also tell Meta that an application was completed, with the same cookie, your internet address and your browser type. Neither ever receives what you type here.
Your rights: Under Republic Act No. 10173 you can ask to see, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, ask for a copy, claim damages for a breach, and withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us. You can also raise a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
