Summoner’s Arena: Season 1 ran in 2021 as our most ambitious League of Legends format, backed by partner decks and sponsors. Where the earlier brackets were built for a single evening, Season 1 was built to hold attention across weeks, and the streams drew around 50,000 views along the way.
It also put our broadcast tooling through its paces. The pick and ban overlays you see on our streams are custom code connected to the live game client, the same family of tooling used on productions like the LEC. The work page has the receipts.
